Last week we asked you to identify a set of meters and what they’re used for. A lot of people got it right; they are specially designed electromagnetic field detectors used for ghost hunting. In paranormal investigations, the meters help locate and track energy sources. Spirits are allegedly comprised of energy, so when they are present, they will disrupt electromagnetic fields.
We randomly picked one winner out of all last week’s comments and that lucky person is Dominick Crispo. Dominick, you’ve got exactly one week to reply to our email message before we pick another winner.
Next Tuesday, we will be giving away a Pelican LED 15-Inch Flex-Neck Light. Whether working in the engine bay of your car or under the fuselage of a jet, the Pelican allows you work hands free in bright LED light. It’s great for camping, night fishing or any nocturnal DIY project. The magnetic base attaches to metal surfaces and the push button tail makes it easy to use. Two standard AA batteries will provide seven hours of burn time.
To win the Pelican light, post a comment and tell us what this old gadget is used for? You don’t have to answer correctly to win; we will randomly pick one winner.
On Tuesday, July 26, we will select the winner then start up a new giveaway for another tool, which will be given away the Tuesday after that.
You have until July 26, 2011, 2:00pm to enter to win the Pelican light.
