Real Estate Pre Listing Consultation: $125  The Realtors Favorite!

We know what buyers want! BEFORE the house goes on the market, we will do a thorough evaluation of the home, inside and out.  We will put together a list of fix ups and changes that can be made NOW to attract a wider range of buyers. The suggestions we make, from paint colours to furniture placement and curb appeal, will help to highlight the positive features of the house. Tips on decluttering, editing, pets and more are included. The session lasts between one and two hours and includes a written report.

Staging The Home For Sale: $75 per hour

This service is designed for homeowners who just don't have the time (or the talent?) to stage their home for sale.  We can do as much or as little as you require. We can arrange trades people. Furniture rental is available if required. We can declutter and organize one room...or all your rooms! We will edit and arrange your furniture to compliment the space. Our goal is to create a pleasing, neutral ambiance that will turn lookers into buyers! The cost of home staging is always less than the cost of a price reduction on your house.

 One Day Makeovers/Room Redesign: $75 per hour

Want to make some decor changes but don't know where to start? Need help creating a space that is just for you? We use design principles and your own furnishings, accessories and art to create a wonderful, functional room that you will love to live or work in! And usually in just one day!

Professional Colour Consultation: $75 per hour

A coat of fresh paint is one of the fastest and least expensive ways to update your home but you want to get it right the first time! Colour consultants help homeowners choose and implement new colour schemes for spaces in their homes. Whether the home is traditional or open concept, we can create a flow to lead the eye comfortably from room to room. We also do exteriors.

Shopping: $75 per hour

We love to shop and we know where to find it!
